RGB888转RGB565 /位移

 rgb = ((r & 0b11111000) << 8) | ((g & 0b11111100) << 3) | (b >> 3); 

我们将r向左移位11位，向左移位5位，按位或向右移位，其中b向右移位3位。 （注意：这假设已经正确屏蔽了值，如果需要，可以删除任何不需要的位。）
